Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at hello@soltella.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve any disputes within 30 days.
14.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary, except where consumers are entitled under applicable law to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
